The entire long distance bus terminal is equipped for the disabled with a tactile floor guidance system and a display with acoustic stop information announcement in the waiting area.

We offer support for passengers with limited mobility who find it difficult to continue traveling by bus alone. Outside regular service hours (6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.), we ask you to register your arrival by calling 0421 17471-81.
