The long-distance bus terminal is open 24 hours a day and buses can arrive around the clock.
The opening hours of the waiting area are from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Outside opening hours you can enter the WC-rooms via the night access.
You can park your car in the Bürgerweide car park (address: Theodor-Heuss-Allee 15, 28215 Bremen calculate route) or in the City Gate Bremen car park (address: Breitenweg 3a, 28195 Bremen calculate route).

There are no lockers available. However, you are welcome to use the lockers nearby the central train station.

There is an indoor waiting area with seats, chargeable toilets and a screen with the current arrivals and departures.
You can get a taxi directly in front of the entrance to the Meininger Hotel, at the taxi stand Hauptbahnhof-Ost (address: Bahnhofsplatz 16, 28195 Bremen) or by calling 0421 14 01 4.
Lost properties are kept in the “BREPARK Leitzentrale” for 10 days. Afterwards, the lost properties will be handed over to the Bremen city lost and found office.

The complete long-distance bus terminall is equipped for disabled individuals, for example with a tactile floor guidance system and a screen with acoustic information announcements in the waiting area.
We offer support for passengers with limited mobility who find it difficult to continue traveling by bus alone. Outside regular service hours (6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.), we ask you to register your arrival by calling 0421 17471-81.
Your passenger rights on bus services over 250 km
The European Regulation (EU) No 181/2011 on the rights of passengers in bus and coach transport¹ sets out minimum rights for passengers travelling by bus within the European Union. • You must not be discriminated against on the basis of your nationality with regard to fares and contract conditions.
• You have the right to be issued with (electronic if necessary) tickets or other documents justifying the right to transport.
• As a passenger with a disability or reduced mobility, you must not be discriminated against. This means that you have the same right to transport, provided that this does not conflict with applicable health or safety requirements, the design of the vehicle or the infrastructure of the stop. If necessary, you can be accompanied free of charge by an accompanying person who will provide the necessary assistance to enable transport.
• If a carrier cannot issue you a reservation or ticket as a passenger with a disability, they will inform you of possible transport alternatives using their own service. You have the right to be informed of the reasons for denied boarding without delay and, if requested, in writing within five working days of the request.
• As a disabled passenger or passenger with reduced mobility, if your mobility aid or assistive device is lost or damaged, you are entitled to financial compensation equal to the replacement value or repair costs, provided that the loss or damage was caused by the carrier.
• You have the right to receive adequate travel information throughout the journey, in the event of cancellation or delayed arrival.
• You have the right to be provided with information about your rights under this Regulation. As a disabled passenger or passenger with reduced mobility, this information will be provided to you in an accessible form upon request, where feasible.
• If journeys of more than three hours are cancelled or delayed by more than 90 minutes, you are entitled to snacks, meals and refreshments, and, if applicable, reimbursement of up to two nights' accommodation for a total amount of up to EUR 80 per night. In the event of adverse weather conditions or serious natural disasters, the carrier is exempt from reimbursement of accommodation costs.
• In the event of overbooking, cancellation or a departure delay of more than 120 minutes, you as a passenger have the right to a refund of the ticket price or a rebooking. If the operator does not offer you this option, you are also entitled to compensation of 50% of the ticket price.
• You are entitled to protection and assistance in the event of personal injury, loss or damage as a result of an accident, in particular with regard to immediate practical needs. This also includes reimbursement of the cost of up to two overnight stays up to a total of EUR 80 per night.
• As a passenger with a disability or reduced mobility, you are entitled to free, needs-based assistance at designated bus stations.
• You can submit complaints to the carrier within three months. You are then entitled to a response within one month.
