Bus company

The long-distance bus terminal is open 24 hours a day and buses can arrive around the clock.

The opening hours of the waiting area and restrooms are 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Outside opening hours you can enter the waiting area via the night access.

If you have permission for a scheduled trip, we ask you to send it to us, including the timetable. We will then assign your trips to the bus platforms and display the trips on the bus displays.

When you arrive, please press the call button in front of the barrier to contact the control room. The sign at the entrance may already contain information about the bus platform intended for you.

Approved scheduled trips are paid for by invoice. Announce your arrival using the call button. Your journey will be shown on the display.

Occasional trips can pay in cash with a ticket in the waiting area. You will receive a ticket at the entrance. Communicate this using the call button. Occasional trips can also open the barrier by presenting a means of payment (credit cards*, debit cards, V-Pay, Google Pay) and pay when you leave by presenting it again. Inform this using the call button. Also register your company in advance for Occasional trips are possible. The fee can also be paid via invoice and SEPA direct debit. The invoice is issued monthly. You can find out more about this on our website under the Registration tab. Access to the pay machine is outside opening hours (6 a.m. - 10 p.m.) possible via night access.

At the barrier in front of the entrance you will receive information on a display about which stop has been assigned to you.

There are no parking spaces available for rest periods on the long-distance bus terminal premises.
